The 1st ITPS Jornada de Jóvenes Investigadores brought together the new generations of scientists at the Institute in a two-day event dedicated to sharing progress, presenting results, and strengthening the research community around sustainability.
The first edition of this conference, held on November 18 and 19, 2025, at the URJC Móstoles Campus, brought together more than 70 attendees. During the event, presenting researchers showcased their work through oral presentations and science communication videos, organized by scientific and technological areas. Clean energy, circular economy, sustainable mobility, and advanced materials were among the topics addressed.
The conference concluded with the presentation of the II ITPS Awards for the Best Doctoral Theses and the prizes from the "Your Research in 2 Minutes" competition.
The presentations were illustrated live by Andrés Martínez Ricci ("Mr. Scribing"), a renowned graphic artist, who captured the key concepts of each talk through a creative and science-communication-oriented approach.
